We're looking for a hardworking, reliable Kitchen Porter to become an important part of our kitchen brigade. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role that is essential to keeping our kitchen running smoothly and maintaining the high standards our guests expect.

About the role
As a Kitchen Porter, you'll support our chefs and front of house team by ensuring the kitchen remains clean, organised and ready for service.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Washing dishes, pots, pans and kitchen equipment.
- Keeping the kitchen, pot wash and food preparation areas clean and hygienic.
- Assisting with deliveries and storing stock correctly.
- Removing waste and recycling safely and efficiently.
- Supporting the chefs with basic food preparation when required.
- Helping maintain food hygiene and health & safety standards.
- Working as part of a close-knit kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has a positive attitude and enjoys working as part of a team.
- Is reliable, punctual and hardworking.
- Can work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment.
- Takes pride in keeping work areas clean and organised.
- Is physically fit and happy with a hands-on role.
- Is flexible to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
- Previous kitchen experience is helpful but not essential, as full training will be provided.
