Duties
- Provide professional hair styling and barbering services tailored to each client’s preferences and needs
- Consult with clients to understand their desired looks and offer expert recommendations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic work station in accordance with health and safety standards
- Build strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and personalized service
- Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and products in hair styling and barbering
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximize client satisfaction and salon productivity
- Promote retail products and additional services to enhance client experience and salon revenue
Requirements
- Proven experience in hair styling and barbering with a strong portfolio of work
- Excellent communication skills in English to effectively interact with diverse clients
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to create a positive salon atmosphere
- Knowledge of current hair trends, techniques, and grooming products
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
- Certification or licensing in cosmetology or barbering as required by local regulations
- A friendly, energetic attitude committed to delivering outstanding client experiences
Pay: £50.00-£350.00 per day
