Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and reliable General Labourer to join our team. In this role, you will support various landscaping, decorating and construction projects by performing hands-on tasks that keep our worksites safe, efficient, and well-maintained. Your energetic approach and willingness to learn will help us deliver exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Assist with decorating tasks and prepare areas such as applying masking tape , sanding tasks and cleaning
- Perform general site cleanup, debris removal, and material handling to maintain a tidy work environment
- Support construction activities by mixing materials, digging trenches, or assisting with assembly tasks
- Conduct routine maintenance on tools and machinery to ensure optimal operation
- Follow safety protocols at all times to maintain a secure worksite for yourself and colleagues
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively
Qualifications
- Prior experience in construction, decorating or landscaping is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to stand, lift heavy objects, and perform manual labor throughout the day
- Excellent teamwork skills combined with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills
- Commitment to safety procedures and maintaining a clean work environment
