Conveyancing Fee Earner (Unqualified)
Salary: £30,000 - £55,000 DOE
Our client, a well-established law firm based in Leicester, is looking to appoint an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner or Solicitor to join their busy residential property team.
This role is open to unqualified fee earners with genuine, hands-on conveyancing experience - qualification isn't a barrier here, capability is what counts.
This is a great opportunity for a Conveyancer who has build up solid experience running their own caseload and is looking for a firm that will back their progression, not just their output.
The Role
- Managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion
- Handling sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity - experience in new builds desirable.
- Liaising directly with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other third parties
- Working as part of a supportive team, with the right level of guidance available when you need it
About You
- Proven, hands-on experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload
- Confident handling files independently, from search stage through to completion
- Strong technical knowledge of the conveyancing process
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- No formal legal qualification required - Paralegals, Legal Assistants, and experienced Fee Earners are all welcome to apply
