Sorbon Estates is looking for an accomplished Finance Director to join our senior leadership team. Working in close partnership with the Managing Director to drive the commercial, operational and financial success of the business.
This is far more than a traditional finance role. We are seeking a strong leader who can combine commercial insight with hands-on delivery, enhancing performance across the portfolio and supporting the continued success of the company.
About the role
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will become a trusted deputy, helping shape business strategy, influence key decisions and support the long-term success of the company.
With broad influence across finance, operations, asset management, transactions and development activity, you will play a central role in driving performance, strengthening decision-making and creating long-term value across the portfolio.
Review development appraisals, project viability, build costs and programme assumptions, ensuring investment decisions are commercially sound.
