Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Carer to provide high-quality support and assistance to a single lady in her own home. The ideal candidate will be committed to enhancing the well-being and independence of this lady, ensuring she receives personalised care tailored to meet her needs. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people's lives through attentive and respectful care.
Duties
- Assist her with daily activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility
- Support with medication management according to care plans
- Prepare and serve meals, ensuring dietary requirements are met
- Perform light domestic tasks including cleaning and laundry to maintain a safe and comfortable environment
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and any changes in client condition
- Communicate effectively with her family members, and ensure that any concerns are shared with the family in a timely manner.
- Requirements
- Good organisational skills with the ability to follow detailed care plans
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, for effective communication
- Excellent communication skills, demonstrating empathy, patience, and professionalism
- Ability to work independently.
- Compassionate attitude with a genuine desire to improve the quality of life for people
Pay: £15.00-£16.00 per hour
