Are you a patient, caring and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant with experience supporting children with SEND? We're looking for a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming mainstream primary school with a specialist SEND unit in Hounslow.

As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will:

Provide 1:1 support to children with SEND across Early Years and Key Stage 1.

Help create a safe, welcoming and stimulating environment by preparing sensory areas, play spaces and classrooms.

Work closely with teachers to support and deliver interactive, engaging lessons tailored to individual needs.

Build positive relationships with pupils and help them develop academically, socially and emotionally.

Provide consistent, patient and nurturing support to help pupils overcome barriers to learning.
We'd love to hear from you if you:

Have at least 6 months' experience working with KS1 children, including nursery experience.

Have previous experience working with children with SEND.

Are patient, approachable, nurturing and confident working on a 1:1 basis.

Are available Monday to Friday, 8:30am-4:00pm.

Hold a Child Only DBS on the Update Service, or are willing to apply for one.

Are passionate about making a positive difference to children's lives.
Pay: £80-£100 per day PAYE, depending on experience, qualifications and skills.
