Production Operative

What will you be doing?

Assembling products and components in line with production instructions and client specifications

Inspecting products throughout the assembly process and reporting any defects or quality issues

Operating production equipment safely and accurately and packing finished products ready for shipping

Supporting stock takes and keeping the production area clean, organised and safe

Working flexibly across the production floor and communicating effectively with colleagues and supervisors
Production Operative Requirements

Experience in a production, manufacturing or warehousing environment is great, but not essential

A hard worker who takes pride in doing things right

Reliable and committed – we are a team, and everyone counts

A positive attitude, even when things get busy

Good attention to detail – accuracy is everything in production

Able to follow instructions precisely and work well as part of a team

Job type: Full-time, Permanent. Working 06:00-14:00 or 14:00-22:00.
Salary: £27,000 per year
