Founded in 2017 with a philosophy to regenerate and restore some of Belfast’s most well-loved and historic establishments. Our journey began with McCracken’s bar, on the historic Joys Entry, which we lovingly restored and relaunched as the award-winning Henrys & The Jailhouse. Continuing in this tradition we have went on to bring a new lease of life to many historic pubs and grow the group through The Linenhall Bar, The Bone Yard, Margot, Rudi, Fountain Lane, Whites Tavern, Whites Garden, Whites Beer Hall, Whites Store, Post House & Sorting Room
With plans to continually expand, we look froward to bringing more restorations, concepts & experiences to the Northen Irish hospitality scene & it's guests.
Overview: We are seeking a skilled Bartenders for various venues including Margot, Henrys, The Jailhouse and Whites
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve drinks to customers following standard recipes and personalising where required
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and equipment
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Handle cash transactions and operate the till accurately
- Monitor customer intake to prevent overconsumption and ensure safety
- Assist in restocking the bar and managing inventory levels
Skills:
- Proficient in time management to ensure efficient service during busy periods
- Strong hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Experience in bartending, including knowledge of mixing drinks and cocktail recipes
- Adherence to food safety regulations and maintaining hygiene standards
- Basic maths skills for handling payments accurately
- Ability to work well within a team environment in a fast-paced restaurant setting
Job Type: Part/Full-time
Pay: £10.85-£12.71 per hour
Expected hours: 16.0 – 20.0 per week
