Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and energetic General Labourer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be actively involved in a variety of hands-on tasks that support landscape maintenance, construction projects, and site upkeep. Your enthusiasm and mechanical aptitude will help ensure smooth operations across multiple job sites. Responsibilities
- Assist with landscape maintenance activities, including planting, pruning, mowing, and weeding to keep outdoor spaces vibrant and healthy
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery such as excavators under supervision to complete construction or landscaping tasks
- Support irrigation system installation, repair, and maintenance to ensure efficient watering of gardens and lawns
- Perform general site cleanup, debris removal, and material handling to maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance and safety standards are met
- Collaborate with team members on various construction projects, following safety protocols and instructions from supervisors
- Assist with horticultural tasks such as soil preparation, planting flowers or shrubs, and mulching to enhance landscape aesthetics
Experience
- Previous experience in construction, landscaping, gardening, or horticulture is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic mechanical knowledge is advantageous
- Experience operating small machinery such as excavators or irrigation systems is a plus
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills and supporting project goals
