As our Service Advisor, you'll be the main point of contact between our customers and workshop team.
You'll play an important role in making sure every customer receives a professional, friendly and hassle-free experience – from booking their vehicle in through to collection.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Booking vehicles in for servicing, MOTs, diagnostics and repairs

Welcoming customers and managing front-of-house reception

Handling telephone and email enquiries

Discussing vehicle requirements with customers

Providing regular updates on vehicle progress

Preparing job cards, estimates and invoices
-
Liaising closely with technicians and workshop staff

Authorising and coordinating additional repair work

Processing payments and completing service documentation

Maintaining accurate customer and vehicle records

Providing outstanding customer service throughout the process
