A highly respected regional law firm in Norwich is seeking an ambitious Family Solicitor to join its established and growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys client contact, is confident networking and is keen to play an active role in developing both their own practice and the wider department.
The successful candidate will manage a broad caseload covering financial remedies, children matters and Family Law Act proceedings, while working alongside experienced colleagues on more complex cases. Experience of pre- and post-nuptial agreements would be advantageous, although training can be provided.
The firm is looking for a Solicitor with around 5+ years' PQE who combines strong technical ability with excellent client care and commercial awareness. Equally important is a proactive approach to business development and a genuine enthusiasm for growing their profile within the Norfolk legal community.

The Role

Manage a varied Family Law caseload

Conduct initial consultations and provide practical legal advice

Attend court hearings and manage matters independently

Draft legal documents, applications and correspondence

Build relationships with clients and referral sources

Contribute to business development and team growth
About You

5+ years' PQE in Family Law

Experience with financial remedies, children matters and Family Law Act proceedings

Strong client care and communication skills
