We are looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive Customer Care Operative to join our team and ensure every customer receives a first-class experience from initial enquiry through to project completion. We work for house builders all over the North West
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer calls, emails, and online enquiries professionally.
- Schedule roofing inspections, quotations, and installation appointments.
- Keep customers updated on project progress and timelines.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Short duration ladder work
Requirements
- Experience within the roofing and construction industry is essential
- Must hold a full UK driving licence
- Must hold a valid CSCS card
- PASMA accreditation is an advantage but not essential as training will be provided
- Previous experience in customer service or customer care is an advantage
- Able to organise cherry pickers / scaffolding when required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
