Duties
- Greet and assist customers both in person and via telephone, ensuring a positive experience
- Support the sales team by preparing quotations, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records
- Engage in negotiation with clients to secure favourable terms and close sales effectively
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products or services
- Utilise IT systems to manage customer data, sales pipelines, and reporting tasks
- Drive company vehicles as required for client meetings or product demonstrations
- Organise appointments and manage schedules to optimise client engagement activities
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing queries promptly and professionally
Experience
- Previous experience in B2B sales or customer service roles is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for suitable candidates
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence and persuade effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in IT applications such as MS Office suite and CRM systems
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently and prioritise tasks effectively
- Valid driving licence is desirable for roles involving driving responsibilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
