Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Manicure Nail Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to exceptional customer service. As a Nail Technician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nail care services, ensuring that clients leave feeling pampered and satisfied. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for all clients.
Responsibilities
- Perform nail care services including high qulity manicures, nail enhancements, and nail art.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the work area and tools.
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable services.
- Provide makeup application services as needed, enhancing the overall client experience.
- Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and effective communication.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in nail care and beauty techniques.
- Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints professionally.
Skills
- Perform manicures, pedicures, gel and biab nail applications, and other nail enhancements.
- Proficient in various nail techniques and treatments.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Ability to make clients feel comfortable and valued during their appointments.
- Experience in eyelash extension and threading application is an advantage but not essential.
- Excellent organisational skills to manage appointments and maintain a tidy workspace.
- A passion for beauty and a desire to stay current with industry trends.
