We’re on the lookout for an experienced Server to join our fantastic team at our location, Chotto Matte - Manchester.
About the Server position:
As a Server, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional dining experience for every guest. You will represent the face of the restaurant on the floor, ensuring professional, attentive, and friendly service while supporting the team in the smooth day-to-day running of the restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a first-class guest experience through attentive, efficient, and knowledgeable service
- Accurately take orders, handle food and beverage service, and manage guest requests with professionalism
- Support the restaurant team in achieving sales goals through upselling and menu knowledge
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth communication and timely delivery of food and drinks
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment at all times
- Attend pre-shift briefs and contribute to creating an engaging, energetic atmosphere
- Uphold health, safety, and food hygiene standards, including allergen awareness and compliance with food safety regulations
- Continuously build product knowledge to enhance guest interactions and recommendations
- Support team members and contribute to a positive, collaborative work culture
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a high-volume, high-end or luxury hospitality environment preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first mindset
- Highly energetic and able to deliver excellent hospitality consistently
- Ability to work well under pressure and remain composed in a fast-paced environment
- Approachable, engaging, and a natural team player
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards, with a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality
