Beeston Manor is an award-winning events venue and a family run business set in 140 acres of grounds and aims to provide high quality functions, fine food and wines to weddings and all occasions including weddings, events, parties, funerals, christenings and restaurant evenings.
Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Chef de Partie to manage a section of the kitchen and assist in delivering exceptional food for weddings and events.
You will be responsible for your designated section during preparation and service, ensuring consistency and quality at all times.
Job Requirements
- Running a specific section of the kitchen (e.g. starters, mains, desserts)
- Preparing ingredients and dishes for 3-course wedding breakfasts
- Ensuring your section is fully prepared before service
- Maintaining high presentation standards
- Working closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef
- Assisting with prep for events, restaurant evenings and private functions
- Following food hygiene and health & safety procedures
- Keeping your section clean, organised and well stocked
Experience in hospitality or wedding venues is preferred.
Must be able to work Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays. This will include mornings, afternoons and evenings depending on bookings.
You must have transport to and from work as public transport links are limited.
You must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Ability to multi-task, remain calm under pressure and work efficiently during busy wedding service is essential.
