We are looking for you to be our Clinical Physical Health Matron for Community Mental Health because physical health care matters. People with mental illness face some of the poorest physical health outcomes in our communities, often experiencing multiple long-term conditions and dying years earlier than the general population.
We're investing in a new Clinical Physical Health Matron role because we are determined to do better in improving these poor health inequalities and outcomes for our service users. This is an exciting opportunity to join our Adult Community Mental Health leadership team and drive meaningful improvements in physical healthcare across our services.
You'll work alongside our dedicated clinical teams, providing leadership, education and practical support to ensure physical health assessment and intervention become a consistent part of every patient's care journey.
