Roles Available
Residential Support Worker
£13.52 – £16.64 per hour
As a Residential Support Worker, you will help create a stable, safe and supportive home environment for children and young people.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting young people with daily routines, activities and education
- Building positive and trusting relationships
- Encouraging independence and development of life skills
- Promoting positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
- Acting as a positive role model
- Supporting young people who may have experienced trauma
- Working as part of a team to maintain a safe and nurturing home environment
Shifts may include days, evenings, weekends and overtime.
Waking Night Residential Support Worker
£14.56 – £18.72 per hour
Night staff play a key role in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of the home overnight.
Responsibilities include:
- Remaining awake throughout the night to ensure safety and security
- Conducting regular welfare checks
- Responding calmly and professionally to incidents or young people needing support
- Maintaining accurate night logs and reports
- Ensuring the home remains safe, secure and welcoming
Bank Residential Support Worker
£13.52 – £16.64 per hour
Our bank staff provide flexible support across the service when additional cover is required.
This role is ideal for people looking for:

Experience in residential childcare is desirable but not essential — the right values and attitude are what matter most.
Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence (required)
- Right to work in the United Kingdom (required)
- Level 3 in Residential Childcare (preferred)
- Residential childcare experience (preferred)
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Successful candidates will be supported to complete the Level 3 Diploma in Children’s Residential Childcare, if not already qualified.
