Essential Requirements
- Right to work in the UK (Required)
- Full UK Driving Licence (Required)
- Experience: Previous background in care, support work, youth work, mental health, or education is highly desirable.
- Qualifications: Level 3 in Residential Childcare is preferred, but we will fully support the right candidate to complete this if unqualified.
- Attributes: Resilient, compassionate, calm under pressure, and a positive role model.

Roles Available
- Residential Support Worker (£13.52 – £16.64/hr): Support young people with daily routines, education, and life skills. Build trusting relationships, manage behavior, and maintain a safe home environment.
- Waking Night Support Worker (£14.56 – £18.72/hr): Remain awake to ensure the safety and security of the home overnight. Conduct welfare checks, respond calmly to incidents, and maintain accurate logs.
- Bank Support Worker (£13.52 – £16.64/hr): Provide flexible support across the service. Ideal for those looking to pick up extra shifts around existing commitments.
