Founded in 2013, the Little Bakery Company operates family-run Artisan Bakery & Cafés based in the Cotswolds.
Well known for making hand-made artisan bread, pastries, cakes, quiches, creative breakfasts, sandwiches, specialty coffee and more, we push far beyond the boundaries of a bakery.
This role is for Bakery on the Water, Bourton on the Water, and will involve serving customers, making-up trays, coffee, drinks, clearing tables, running the dishwasher, learning how to get the shop ready in the morning or closing and cleaning down in the afternoon.
The ability to be physically available at this location for opening (7:30am) and/or closing (6pm) is essential. Please do not apply if you do not hold a drivers license or are not walking distance away.
The work is friendly and fast paced for much of the day and highly service orientated.
Min 1 year barista experience is required.
We anticipate requiring between 2-4 shifts per week, one of which would be on a Sat or Sun.
Start times are likely to be between 7:30am and 10:00am finish time between 2:30pm - 6:00pm
The pay range reflects both age and experience and there is plenty of opportunity to progress your career if desired with support offered to those looking to progress.

Full or Part Time Hours: Approx. 20-40 per week (2-4 days at 10hrs/day, one weekend day required)
