We’re looking for an organised, confident Hire Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Stroud. If you enjoy delivering great customer service, managing hire enquiries, and keeping operations running smoothly, this role could be for you.
What You’ll Do
- Manage hire enquiries from first call to vehicle delivery
- Build relationships with new and existing customers
- Make outbound sales calls to generate new business
- Coordinate drivers and logistics for vehicle deliveries and collections
- Complete hire paperwork and ensure compliance
- Update databases including the Motor Insurance Database (MID)
- Support invoicing, reporting, and general admin tasks
What You’ll Need
- Strong telephone communication and customer service skills
- Confident, professional approach
- Good organisation and attention to detail
- Experience in admin and telephone‑based sales
- IT skills including MS Office
- Full clean driving licence
Desirable
- Knowledge of vehicle types (including municipal vehicles)
- Confidence in sales and customer engagement
Hours
Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:30pm (42.5 hours per week)
