Role Overview
Atelier 139 Design Studio Ltd. is seeking a creative and experienced Senior Interior Design Lead to oversee high-profile design projects from concept development through project completion. This leadership role offers the opportunity to work with talented designers while shaping inspiring interior environments for a diverse client portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead interior design projects across multiple sectors.
- Develop concept presentations, layouts, and material specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and clients.
- Oversee project schedules and design quality.
- Mentor junior designers and promote best practices.
- Ensure compliance with building regulations and design standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline.
- 7+ years of professional interior design experience.
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong project management and client relationship skills.
- Excellent design portfolio demonstrating completed commercial or residential projects.
Pay: £80,000.00 per year
