We are seeking an experienced Tree Surgeon for a one-week project at a property involving the felling and processing of several large trees on a private property. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely dismantling and felling trees, bucking timber into manageable logs, and ensuring all work is completed to a high professional standard. Candidates with their own equipment will be highly regarded, although this is not essential.
The role will also involve general site clearance, including the removal of brush, chipping of smaller branches, and maintaining a safe and tidy work area throughout the project. A labourer will be provided to assist with moving logs into storage, allowing the Tree Surgeon to focus on the technical aspects of the work. Access is via parking outside the property, followed by a short walk to the rear garden where the tree work will take place.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm. Applicants should have proven experience in tree felling, chainsaw operation, and safe working practices, with relevant qualifications preferred. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional, with the potential for additional work beyond the initial week should the project progress successfully.
Pay: £200.00 per day
