We’re looking for a confident, customer‑focused Bartender & Waiter/Waitress to join our team. This dual role blends fast‑paced bar service with attentive table service, creating a welcoming environment where guests feel looked after from the moment they arrive. Key Responsibilities
- Bar Service — Prepare and serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic drinks, maintain stock levels, and ensure the bar area stays clean and organised.
- Table Service — Greet guests, take orders, serve food and drinks, and ensure a smooth dining experience.
- Customer Interaction — Provide friendly, attentive service, answer menu questions, and handle guest concerns professionally.
- Cash Handling — Process payments accurately using POS systems and follow all cash‑handling procedures.
- Team Collaboration — Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to deliver timely, high‑quality service.
- Health & Safety — Follow food safety, alcohol service, and hygiene standards at all times.
Pay: £13.50-£14.50 per hour
