Job Summary
Aksu Suardi Business & Management Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Management Consultant to advise clients on business strategy, operational improvement, organisational change, and performance transformation.
The successful candidate will work closely with clients and senior stakeholders to understand business challenges, develop practical recommendations, and lead consulting projects that deliver measurable improvements.
What You'll Do
- Lead management consulting and business improvement projects
- Analyse business operations, performance, processes, and organisational challenges
- Develop strategies, recommendations, business cases, and implementation plans
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and stakeholder meetings
- Support business transformation and operational improvement initiatives
- Manage consulting projects, timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Prepare reports, presentations, proposals, and executive recommendations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and senior stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for additional consulting and advisory services
- Mentor consultants and support project teams
Requirements
- Experience in management consulting, business advisory, strategy, operations, or a related field
- Experience managing projects, clients, or business improvement initiatives
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and commercial skills
- Good communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management abilities
- Ability to develop practical solutions to complex business challenges
- Experience working across different business functions or industries is advantageous
- Familiarity with transformation, process improvement, or change management is beneficial
- Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred

Pay: £60,000.00-£78,000.00 per year
