We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised and inspiring Breakfast & Afterschool Club Manager to lead our friendly and welcoming wraparound care provision. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about creating a fun, safe and engaging environment where children can thrive before and after the school day.
As Club Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the provision, ensuring the highest standards of care while leading and supporting a dedicated team.
About the Role
Your responsibilities will include:
· Managing the daily operation of the Breakfast and Afterschool Club.
· Leading, motivating and supporting the club team.
· Planning exciting, age-appropriate activities that encourage play, creativity and learning.
· Creating a safe, inclusive and nurturing environment for all children.
· Building positive relationships with children, families, school staff and external professionals.
· Managing staffing, rotas and ensuring appropriate staff-to-child ratios.
· Ensuring safeguarding, health and safety and all statutory requirements are met.
· Maintaining accurate records and completing administrative tasks.
· Monitoring the quality of the provision and continually looking for ways to improve.
We're Looking For Someone Who:
· Has experience working with primary-aged children.
· Has previous leadership or supervisory experience within childcare.
· Holds a relevant Level 3 Childcare qualification (or equivalent).
· Has a sound knowledge of safeguarding and welfare requirements.
· Is organised, reliable and able to work independently.
· Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Is passionate about providing outstanding childcare experiences.
· Can inspire both children and staff with enthusiasm and creativity.

Salary
Annual salary listed includes holiday pay at 12.07%
Pay: £20,100.00-£24,000.00 per year
