Opening this October, Advanced Dental Studio is a brand-new squat dental practice set to deliver world-class oral care and an exceptional patient journey in Thames Ditton.
Our Practice Principal brings over 26 years of clinical experience, backed by extensive postgraduate higher education in general and advanced dentistry. Having successfully owned and led a premier, award-winning practice from 2010 to 2025, our leadership brings a proven track record of clinical excellence to the community.
Equipped with state-of-the-art dental technology, our modern studio combines deep expertise with highly accurate diagnostics and efficient procedures. We offer a full range of services—including general dentistry, dental implants, restorative & cosmetic dentistry, Invisalign clear aligners, smile makeovers, and dedicated hygienist services.

The Opportunity
This is a true leadership role with the freedom to make a real, lasting impact. As Practice Manager, you will shape the day-to-day culture, drive practice performance, and oversee the launch and growth of this brand-new location.
You will have the autonomy to:
· Lead and inspire a talented, tight-knit team.
· Support clinical training and mentor high-performing staff.
· Direct local marketing initiatives and drive income growth.
· Continually refine patient journeys to deliver an unparalleled care experience.
· Monitor practice KPIs and analyse business performance to support long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
· Operations & Compliance: Ensure the smooth, efficient, and compliant day-to-day running of the practice, maintaining strict alignment with CQC regulations and clinical governance.
· Team Mentorship: Utilize your clinical background to support practice staff, including training and mentoring trainee dental nurses.
· Performance & Strategy: Plan and drive income targets, monitor KPIs, and support clinicians to achieve practice performance goals in line with business strategy.
· Culture & Communication: Provide direction to enhance staff skills, foster open communication through regular team meetings, and ensure the practice remains a fantastic place to work.
· Patient Experience & Quality: Maintain exceptional service standards and resolve patient queries or complaints promptly and professionally.

Qualifications & Requirements:
· GDC Registration: Active registration with the General Dental Council (GDC) as a Dental Nurse is required, ensuring a deep understanding of compliance, CQC standards, and clinical workflows.
· Mentorship Ability: Experience or confidence in guiding and training a trainee dental nurse.
· Leadership & Organization: Highly organized with strong people management skills and the confidence to handle challenging conversations with tact.
· Communication: Outstanding interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
· Software: Experience with SOE Exact or Equivalent.
· Personal Attributes: Friendly, flexible, enthusiastic, well-presented, and reliable.
