Are you an enthusiastic and experienced Cafe Manager with a passion for great food, exceptional customer service, and developing people?
At Rivas Cafe, we're looking for a dynamic Cafe Manager to lead our busy café, inspire our team, and support students in developing the confidence and skills they need for future employment.
As Cafe Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operation of the café, ensuring a welcoming environment, outstanding customer service, and the smooth delivery of food service, sales, and production. You'll play a key role in managing the business while creating meaningful learning opportunities for students working within the café.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Has previous experience managing a café, restaurant, or hospitality venue.
- Is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
- Enjoys coaching and supporting others to succeed.
- Has strong financial and business management skills.
- Is organised, proactive, and able to lead by example.
- Has a commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive workplace.
