Multi-Skilled Bathroom & Property Refurbishment Tradesperson – Swansea
Swansea Bay Bathrooms is looking for an experienced, reliable tradesperson to join our growing team.
We specialise in bathroom renovations, property refurbishments and general building work across Swansea and the surrounding South Wales area.
We’re looking for someone who is confident working independently, takes pride in their finish and can help us deliver high-quality projects for our customers.
Key skills we are particularly looking for:
- Brickwork
- Plastering
- Plumbing
- Bathroom installation
- Carpentry
- Tiling
- General building and refurbishment work
The role will include:
- Bathroom installation and refurbishment work
- Brickwork and structural alterations
- Plastering, plasterboarding and making good
- Plumbing and bathroom first/second fix work
- Carpentry and general building work
- Tiling and preparation
- Demolition and preparation work
- General property refurbishment
- Working alongside other trades when required
- Keeping jobs clean, organised and professional
What we’re looking for:
- Good experience within building, bathrooms or property refurbishment
- Strong skills in brickwork, plastering and plumbing
- High standard of workmanship
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work independently and as part of a small team
- Good communication with customers & team
- Own reliable transport essential
- Own basic tools preferred
- Full UK driving licence
Pay & benefits:
- £14–£25 per hour depending on experience
