Your role
As part of our team, you’ll help create a nurturing, inspiring environment where children can thrive. You will:
- Support children’s learning through play, exploration, and outdoor activities
- Take part in our forest school sessions and nature-based learning
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Share meaningful daily feedback with families about their child’s development
- Grow your skills through hands-on experience and professional training
Who we’re looking for
We’re searching for someone who:
- is experienced in childcare with a Level 2 or 3 qualification
- Is enthusiastic about early years education
- Loves the idea of learning through nature and play
- Is creative, caring, and eager to make a difference
- Enjoys working as part of a close-knit, supportive team
- Is interested in learning about forest school

- Location: Bulwick (within easy reach of Corby, Stamford & Oundle)
- Hours: Monday–Thursday 8am - 5.45pm, Friday 8am - 1.30pm
- Job Type: Full-time, Permanent, 37 - 42.5 hours per week
