Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all special requests are noted
- Serve food and beverages with enthusiasm, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed to support the kitchen team
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area, including tables, counters, and service stations
- Ensure food safety standards are followed at all times, handling food responsibly and hygienically
- Support barista duties when required, preparing coffee and specialty drinks with precision
- Handle customer inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure a positive dining experience
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy periods
Experience
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is essential, demonstrating familiarity with serving and catering operations
- Experience working as a barista or in food preparation roles is advantageous
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices is essential for maintaining hygiene standards
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse customers
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail
- A proactive attitude towards teamwork and delivering excellent customer service
- Prior experience in hospitality roles involving catering or event service is a plus
