Weekend Receptionist Required for our Care home at Haslemere,
Hours: Friday, Saturday and Sunday 9.30 am - 4.30 pm.
Salary: £12.75 Per Hour
We are looking for a friendly, organised Weekend Receptionist for our care home at Haslemere.
Experience of working in a care environment would be helpful but is not essential.
What we are looking for:
- You will be an approachable, articulate and confident
- Smart appearance
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both on the telephone and in person.
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Excellent IT skills - confident working with Microsoft Office
What you will do:
Your main duties as Receptionist will involve:
- Meeting and greeting all visitors to the service in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintaining a pleasant and welcoming reception area
- Ensuring show rooms are in order and bedrooms ready for admission
- Answering the telephone and dealing with all enquiries appropriately and efficiently
- Maintaining detailed records to facilitate an effective follow-up process
- Assisting management with any appointments to be arranged, booking transport, typing, photocopying, emailing or faxing of records as required ensuring correct filing of the all relevant documentation
- Processing incoming and outgoing post
