Hotel receptionist
38 hours per week working five shifts.
Shift times 7am -3.00pm or 3.00pm -11pm including weekends.
We are looking for an experienced hotel receptionist to join our the award winning Halston Apart hotel in Carlisle.
As a receptionist at The Halston you will be the first point of call for all of our guests and at the centre of all the action.
You will be passionate about delivering the highest standard of service and thrive in customer facing roles. Your secret weapon will be your excellent communication skills and keeping calm under pressure.
You will be responsible for taking reservations, checking guests in and out, handling event payments, selling gift vouchers, managing car park payments and responding efficiently to all guests enquiries. The role also includes some admin and answering our busy phonelines.
Previous hotel experience and knowledge of hotel PMS booking system is a big plus but not mandatory.

Pay: £13.02-£13.40 per hour
