Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our vibrant early childhood education team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children in a nurturing environment. Duties
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that support children's learning and development
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children at all times, adhering to safeguarding policies
- Foster a welcoming, inclusive environment that promotes positive behaviour and social skills
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress and daily routines
- Collaborate with colleagues to organise daily schedules and special events
- Communicate effectively with parents and carers regarding children's progress and any concerns
- Lead by example in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and professionalism within the nursery setting
- Support the induction and mentoring of new staff members, demonstrating leadership qualities
- Assist with administrative tasks related to childcare management as required
- Drive company policies forward by implementing best practices in early childhood education
Experience
- Proven nursery experience within a similar setting is essential
- Strong background in early childhood education or childcare management
- Demonstrable leadership and management skills, including team supervision and organisation
- Experience working directly with children, understanding their developmental needs
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written

Pay: £28,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
