Duties
- Provide expert hair styling and barbering services tailored to each client’s preferences and needs
- Deliver outstanding customer service by actively listening, offering professional advice, and ensuring client satisfaction
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workspace in compliance with health and safety regulations
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their desired look and provide guidance on styles that suit them best
- Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and products in hair styling and barbering industry
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximize client flow and minimize wait times
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hair styling and barbering with a strong portfolio of work demonstrating versatility and skill
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to connect confidently with diverse clients
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to perform various hair cutting, styling, coloring, and grooming techniques at a senior level
- Knowledge of health and safety standards related to hair care environments
- Previous experience mentoring or leading a team is preferred but not required

Pay: £100.00-£175.00 per day
