The Role
As a Production Line Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing daily line operations, supporting operatives, and ensuring smooth production flow. You’ll work closely with management to drive performance, maintain compliance, and promote a positive working culture.
This role operates Monday to Friday, giving you consistent working hours and your weekends free.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of production operatives
- Ensure daily production targets and KPIs are achieved
- Monitor product quality and food safety standards
- Ensure compliance with BRC and company procedures
- Support training and development of team members
- Coordinate staffing levels and support planning
- Identify and escalate any production issues
- Promote a safe, clean, and organised working environment
- Encourage teamwork and high morale across the line
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a food production/manufacturing environment
- Experience in a supervisory or team leader role
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Good understanding of food safety and quality standards (BRC knowledge desirable)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Positive, hands-on leadership style
Please note: Due to food safety and hygiene regulations, all piercings must be removed before entering the factory production areas. Unfortunately, we are unable to make exceptions. If you have piercings that cannot be removed for the duration of your shift, this role may not be suitable.

Pay: £14.39 per hour
