Graham Hygiene Services are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our fast growing business. We are based in Blairgowrie, however the ideal candidate for this role will be located within a 50 mile radius of our head office. We are a specialist commercial hygiene provider, providing solutions such as kitchen extraction cleaning, air hygiene cleaning, washroom services, PAT testing and many other facilities management cleaning services.
Role:
- Responsible for bringing new clients to Graham Hygiene Services.
- Grow long standing relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Work with the management team on writing and producing large scale tenders for the public sector.
- Survey and provide quotations for existing customers and offer additional services.
- Hit achievable sales target each month.
- Work with our senior management team to ensure we are providing the best level of service to all of our clients.
- Identify further areas in where our business can expand.
- Attend company and guest events as a representative of Graham Hygiene.
- Work to enhance the "Graham" brand with our sister companies, Graham Pest Control and Graham Fire Protection.
Requirements:
- Full and valid driver’s licence required.
- Competent written, verbal and IT communication skills.
- Working in challenging environments for a wide range of commercial customers.
- Ideally some experience selling in the commercial cleaning industry, however this is not essential.
- Confident and assertive with a positive outlook, with flexible work ethic is essential.
- Ability to work under pressure and exceed set targets.
- Previous experience in sales and a proven track record of hitting targets is essential.
- Be an ambassador for Graham Hygiene Services and the other businesses within the group.
This role will be fast paced, and the right individual will have the ability to multitask, and build on our award-winning customer service. A full UK driving license will be required.

- Competitive basic salary of £40,000 with OTE of a minimum of £60,000 per annum.
