Digital Media & Marketing
Manage the organisation’s social media platforms, creating and scheduling engaging content, maintaining a consistent brand presence, monitoring audience engagement, responding to enquiries, and reviewing performance to improve reach and engagement.
Support the Sales and Aftersales departments through the planning and delivery of targeted marketing activities.
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.
Manage and maintain digital platforms, ensuring website content and social media channels remain accurate, relevant, and up to date.
Collaborate with website designers and developers to enhance website functionality, user experience, and visual impact.
Monitor, analyse, and report on digital marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and return on investment.
Promote and sell the Website products to holiday home and residential park managers through telephone, email, and face-to-face meetings.
Drive awareness and adoption of the Zoopla and Website partnership across park operators.
Work closely with Area Sales Managers to support the marketing and promotion of the Website brands.
Develop, execute, and manage email marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility, customer engagement, and sales opportunities.
Create high-quality photography and visual content for use across marketing materials, websites, and social media platforms.

General IT Support & Administration
Administer and manage the IT Service Desk, ensuring support requests are logged & prioritised.
Perform Microsoft 365 & Active Directory user account administration.
Provide general IT Triage support across the business as required.
Manage and order ICT consumables, ensuring stock levels are maintained and downtime is minimised.
Maintain IT asset records and ensure all IT audits remain accurate and up to date.
Ensure compliance with company IT policies, security standards, and best practices.
Hours and Salary:
Salary: up to £28K
Hours: Monday – Friday 9am-5pm
Pay: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
