Product & Compliance Administrator
Role
The Product & Compliance Administrator will provide operational and administrative support to the Product & Compliance team, helping to accelerate product development, improve launch readiness and ensure compliance activities are completed efficiently and on time.
The role will act as a central coordination point between Product Development, Compliance, Quality, Sales and Merchandising.
Key Responsibilities
Product Development Support
· Maintain product development tracker and critical path documentation
· Support the Product Manager with NPD administration
· Set up and maintain product information on internal and external systems
· Manage product specification documentation
· Coordinate product samples between supplier and internal teams
· Track development milestones and escalate delays
· Support product launch activities
Product Assets
· Coordinate product photography requirements
· Arrange sample deliveries for photography and marketing
· Track completion of photography, CGI and image requests
· Liaise with Design to ensure packaging, manuals and product assets are delivered on time
Compliance & Testing Support
· Coordinate product testing schedules with laboratories
· Track testing progress and report status updates
· Maintain compliance documentation and technical files
· Support environmental an sustainability reporting
· Coordinate supplier and customer documentation requests and execute in a timely manner
· Support onboarding of new product launches
Skills and Experience
Essential
· Strong administrative and organisational skills

· Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
· Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
· Strong communication skills
· Ability to work with overseas suppliers
· Experience maintaining tracker and critical paths
Desirable
· Experience with product development, buying, merchandising or compliance
· Experience working with imported consumer products
· Knowledge of product testing and certification processes
· Understanding of Furniture, homewares or consumer goods industries
· Experience supporting sustainability reporting
· Experience working with UK retailers

Pay: £27,650.00-£30,000.00 per year
