At Medacs Healthcare, we're looking for a motivated Recruitment and Compliance Administrator to help drive our hiring success. The Recruitment & Compliance Administrator will support the end-to end candidate journey from vacancy approval and candidate engagement through to successful onboarding, ensuring candidates receive an exceptional experience whilst meeting all contractual, regulatory and company compliance requirements.
Location: Bradford (office based)
Hours: 4 days including Monday/Tuesday
Salary: £21,600 (£27,000 FTE)
What You'll Do
- Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process for all approved vacancies, ensuring an efficient and positive candidate experience.
- Proactively source and attract high-quality candidates through a variety of recruitment platforms and channels.
- Manage candidate pipelines, ensuring timely progression and communication throughout each stage of the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records, systems trackers and reporting data in line with organizational requirements.
- Deliver professional, timely and engaging communication to candidates.
- Support with pre-employment checks in line with contractual, regulatory and company requirements.
- Coordinate DBS applications, monitor outcomes and escalate any issues appropriately.
- Maintain clear compliance records, audit trails and evidence files.
- Support with the coordination of all candidate onboarding activities from offer through to start date.
- Liaise with IT, HR, Learning & Development and operational managers to ensure equipment, access and training requirements are in place.
- Act as a point of contact for candidates, managers and internal stakeholders throughout recruitment and onboarding.
- Produce recruitment and compliance reports as required.
- Monitor recruitment KPIs, compliance SLA performance and clearance timelines.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of recruitment, onboarding and compliance processes

- Healthcare recruitment experience is desirable.
