About Us
LG Cleaning & Maintenance is a growing commercial cleaning company providing high-quality cleaning services across the North West.
We specialise in construction and build cleans, supporting developers and contractors to prepare properties for handover and occupation.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for reliable and hardworking Construction Cleaners to join our expanding team.
The Role
You will be responsible for carrying out cleaning duties on a variety of construction sites, ensuring properties are presented to the highest standards.
Developments include:
* New build housing developments
* Apartment developments
* Commercial office developments
* Mixed-use developments
* Student accommodation projects
* Retirement living developments
Duties Will Include:
* Builders cleans
* Sparkle cleans
* Handover cleans
* Site welfare and office cleaning
* Internal window cleaning
* Removal of dust and construction debris
* Cleaning kitchens and bathrooms
* Completing work to agreed specifications and timescales
* Reporting issues to supervisors
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for individuals who:
* Take pride in delivering high standards of work
* Are reliable and punctual
* Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic
* Can work independently and as part of a team
* Have previous cleaning experience (construction cleaning experience preferred but not essential)
* Have access to their own transport due to the varying locations of sites
* Are able to work on a self-employed basis

Job Details

Schedule: Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work available
