We are seeking a passionate and skilled Street Food Pizza Chef to join our vibrant team. Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh pizza dough, toppings, and ingredients with precision and efficiency
- Cook pizzas to perfection using various methods, ensuring consistent quality
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area in accordance with food safety regulations
- Assist in meal preparation, including assembling ingredients and managing cooking stations
- Serve customers directly at the street food stall, providing friendly and professional service
- Monitor stock levels of ingredients and notify management when supplies need replenishing
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment at all times
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy periods
Experience
- Previous experience in food preparation or cooking within a restaurant or street food setting is desirable but not essential; training will be provided
- Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices is advantageous
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment used in pizza preparation and cooking processes is preferred
- Experience in meal preparation, serving, or working in fast-paced environments will be beneficial
