Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure they feel welcomed and valued throughout their visit
- Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately, demonstrating excellent guest service skills
- Manage tables efficiently, ensuring timely service, upselling menu items, and enhancing guest satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of front-of-house areas, including dining spaces and service stations
- Support food safety protocols by adhering to hygiene standards and proper handling procedures
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is highly desirable
- Familiarity with serving techniques, food safety regulations, and basic food preparation skills
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously during busy periods
- Excellent guest service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
- Knowledge of upselling strategies to enhance guest experiences and increase sales
- Ability to work effectively on weekends, demonstrating reliability and enthusiasm for the role
