David Jones Solicitors are a well-established, busy firm of Solicitors in Llandudno who are looking for a part time receptionist/legal secretary to join their team.
The Role:
- Answering the telephone, transferring calls to the appropriate person and taking messages
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining Solicitor diaries
- Greeting clients and conversing with them in a suitable manner
- Typing legal documents and correspondence from dictation
- Performing general office administration tasks
- Ensuring compliance with legal procedures and confidentiality requirements
Requirements
- Experience working in administration preferable (legal experience not essential)
- Fast and accurate typing skills
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work well individually and as part of a team
- IT knowledge advantageous
- Being able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
