About the Team:
This role is based within the Business Transformation & Change team, comprised of specialists that support the XPS business in Project Management and Project Support.
We’re seeking to resource a Project Support role in the Project Management team to support business growth and an on-going demand for project management.
Key Responsibilities:
As project support you will work on projects managed by a Junior and/or Senior Project Manager, where your areas of responsibility will include:

Ownership of Project Documentation - e.g. Risk and Issue Logs, project meeting invitations and associated minutes and actions.
- Supporting Project Managers with setting-up and maintaining wider project documentation e.g. Project Initiation Documents, Project Plans, Highlight Reports.
- Documenting/following up actions with internal and external parties.
- Organising meetings and drafting agendas meetings, agendas and meeting minutes.

IT proficient in MS Office.
- Previous experience in project-based work is desirable.
