We are looking for an experienced and motivated Shop Manager to lead our London store and play a key role in driving its success.
THE ROLE
As Shop Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the store, ensuring an exceptional customer experience while achieving commercial and operational targets.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading, coaching and motivating the retail team
- Driving sales and achieving store performance targets
- Delivering an outstanding customer experience
- Monitoring KPIs and implementing action plans to improve performance
- Ensuring high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation
- Managing stock, deliveries and day-to-day operations
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding and staff development
- Representing the brand and ensuring its values are reflected in every customer interaction
