- Oversee all daily operations to ensure the pub runs smoothly and efficiently
- Lead, motivate, and develop our team to consistently deliver exceptional customer service
- Monitor food preparation, presentation, and quality to maintain our high culinary standards
- Enforce strict food safety, health, and safety protocols and ensure full compliance
- Use your bartending expertise to craft and serve high-quality drinks for guests
- Liaise closely with kitchen teams to ensure seamless service and efficient workflow
- Draw on your barista experience to elevate the overall guest experience
- Set a professional, reliable example and inspire the team to perform at their best
Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in a hospitality environment
- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager in a similar venue is essential
- Practical bartending skills and experience are a strong advantage
- Barista knowledge and experience is beneficial
- Mandatory: You must hold a valid Personal Licence
- A genuine passion for customer service and team development
- A proactive, reliable, and committed approach to your work
