Arcade & Bingo Cashier
Shift Pattern: Flexible shifts between 9:00am and 1:15am, Monday to Sunday.
Hours: 30-40 hours per week

We're looking for an Arcade & Bingo Cashier to join our team at our busy Strand Road venue.
This is a varied role where no two days are the same.
You'll be trained across both our Arcade and Bingo operations, ensuring customers receive an excellent experience while maintaining the highest standards of compliance, security, and cash handling.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Providing outstanding customer service and building rapport with customers.
- Handling cash transactions accurately and securely.
- Promoting current offers and promotions.
- Calling bingo games over the microphone with confidence.
- Completing daily administration and paperwork.
- Ensuring all company procedures, security measures, and compliance requirements are followed at all times.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
- Supporting both Arcade and Bingo operations as required.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous customer service experience essential
- Comfortable handling cash and following strict procedures
- Confident speaking to groups and using a microphone
- Able to work independently and use your own initiative
- Strong attention to detail and administration skills
- Reliable, trustworthy, and professional
- Flexible to work shifts between 9:00am and 1:15am Monday to Sunday
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
