Manual Writer
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Manual Writer role within Gencoa Ltd. Based at our offices in Speke, Liverpool (with WFH allowed), this is temporary position for approx. 3 months, reporting into the Design Team Leader. The hours are flexible and can be done on a full time or art time basis.
Main responsibilities:
- Writing skills, to compile the required documentation, to a level that serves both the Company and any third-party agents and customers
- Follows established works procedures
- Work closely with other Designers and the Design Team Leader to share knowledge and experience
- Tracking draft changes so updates and latest information is not lost
Main Challenges
- Understanding the technology upon which the Company’s products are based and its scope
Safety/Housekeeping
- Follows safety procedures and safe working practices at all times.
- Follows good practice manual handling procedures.
- Wears personal safety equipment at all appropriate times.
- Keeps work area tidy and organised at all times.
Other
- Attending meetings as required.
- Maintaining quality control standards.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Adhering to Company H&S standards at all times
- Other duties and responsibilities as required
Qualifications Required:
- GCSE's in Maths and English essential.
- Batchelor’s degree desirable.
Experience Required:
- Some office experience essential.
- Familiarity with workshops, lab equipment, or machinery desirable.
Skills & Aptitude Required:

- English writing skills
- Effective usage of Microsoft word and Microsoft Powerpoint
- Ability to write in a clear and concise manner.
